Once a little boy and an old man were walking in the garden...
Little Boy: Sometimes I drop my spoon.
Old Man: I do that too.
Little Boy whispered: I wet my pants.
Old Man Laughed: I do that too.
Little Boy: I often cry.
Old Man nodded: so do I.
Little Boy: Worst of all is grown-up doesn’t pay attention to me.
The old age is an integral part of human life. It is unavoidable, undesirable, unwelcome and problem ridden phase of life. A man is compelled to go through the pain and the pleasures of this age like the other phase of life before making an exit to this mortal world.
Though it is true that no stage of life has smooth sailing ever and every stage has its attendant problems, those of old age are more difficult and insurmountable because the physical strength and mental capability required to cop up with the adverse situation of life are immensely reduced.
Growing urbanization and fast moving modern life have contributed to the problem of old age people that is why PARAS FOUNDATION which is an unaided charitable trust established an old age home “GHARAUNDA” in 1987. The trust is spear headed by the founder trustee Mr. Rakesh Jain who also happens to be the chair person.
PARAS FOUNDATION has been very successfully moving ahead in achieving its goal by way of various charitable activities and philanthropic works.
PGHARAUNDA is not just an old age home but it is the place where the elderly and neglected one are care for, it is having fully furnished 60 rooms with a beautiful Garden, yoga centre, a library and many more indoor outdoor facilities for recreations. GHARAUNDA is a place where inmates are not just loved but given round the clock care with healthy food and other delicacies. Along with medical assistance, recreational conveniences and every comfort they deserve.
So let’s join hands for a very special human cause and support our old age people.
